Wild Spirit is one of the coffees we are most proud to offer. It comes from the Limu area in the Oromia region of south-west Ethiopia, grown at around 1,600 metres above sea level across just six farms working with Eastern African Heirloom varieties.
This coffee highlights everything that makes Ethiopian coffee extraordinary — it is wild, winey and full-bodied in a way that feels alive. Similar in character to our Ethiopia Yirgacheffe but without the extreme floral notes — Wild Spirit is fruity, naturally sweet and winey in the most delicious possible way. If you have never tried a natural Ethiopian coffee, this is where to start.
