Saints Peak comes from the Tarrazu region of Costa Rica — widely considered one of the finest coffee growing regions in the world and known locally as the Area of the Saints. The Strictly Hard Bean designation means this coffee is grown at high altitude where the slow development of the cherry concentrates flavour.

The volcanic soils of Tarrazu provide ideal mineral-rich growing conditions and the fully washed processing delivers clarity and a clean, creamy body. In the cup: dark chocolate upfront, a beautiful plum note through the middle and a smooth, satisfying finish. An outstanding espresso and a powerful filter coffee.
