Terra Nova comes from Fazenda Pinhal — a farm run by Pedro Gabarra and his sister Mariana in the Sul De Minas region of Brazil, one of the most sustainable coffee farms in the area. The coffee is from the Mundo Novo variety, grown naturally at around 1,000 metres above sea level.

Natural processing allows the cherry to dry around the bean, imparting extra sweetness and body. The result is a chocolate-forward, hazelnut and caramel coffee that is gentle, approachable and consistently delicious. An ideal first single origin for customers new to specialty coffee.
