Roast profile

Earl's Peak comes from Negele Gurbitu in the Yirgacheffe region of Ethiopia — one of the most celebrated coffee growing origins in the world, renowned for producing coffees of extraordinary floral character. Our beans are from the Heirloom variety, harvested between October and December at altitudes between 1,700 and 2,000 metres.

Full washing at this altitude produces a coffee of remarkable clarity and intensity. In the cup: expect really funky, floral flavours that genuinely evoke Earl Grey tea and a whisky warmth through the finish. This is coffee that challenges expectations and rewards curiosity. Exceptional as a pour-over filter, surprising and memorable as an espresso.

Whole bean Maximum freshness — grind before brewing.
