Still Water is made using the Mountain Water Process — a natural decaffeination method that uses water drawn from the highest mountain in Mexico to gently remove caffeine while leaving the flavour of the bean completely intact. The result is 99.9% caffeine free.

Our beans are from the Bourbon, Caturra, Typica and Catuaí varieties, grown by smallholder producers around 1,000 metres in northern Chiapas. The relatively low altitude results in large, smooth beans with a naturally low acidity. In the cup: milk chocolate, a mellow sweetness and gentle nutty notes — a clean, easy-drinking decaf that works beautifully as a sweet latte or medium-strength filter.
